The Weatherization Program helps families at or below
200% poverty level with their home's energy efficiency in order to reduce
heating and cooling costs. Staff analyze the home's energy efficiency and
install insulation and weather stripping, or take other measures which will
reduce a family's heating and cooling costs while increasing their
comfort. The program weatherizes homes through a grant from the Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children.
