Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program

Eligible persons are homeless who live on the street, in an emergency shelter, in places not meant for human habitation, being evicted within a week, being discharged within a week from an institution in which the person has been a resident for more than 30 days, or fleeing a domestic violence situation.

* Provides rental assistance, security deposit assistance, utility allowance (if qualifies), case management, transportation, medical assistance, budget/credit classes, food assistance, heating/cooling assistance, utility assistance, educational assistance, GED preparation and referrals.

Serves Clark, Estill, Lincoln, Madison and Powell Counties.
