KY Hearth Program
The Kentucky HEARTH Program (Kentucky’s Housing and Emergency Assistance Reaching The Homeless) is a federal program that helps prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless and helps those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized.
KY HEARTH helps individuals and families who are at risk of becoming homeless and need temporary rent or utility assistance to prevent homelessness, or are currently homeless and either staying in emergency or transitional shelter or on the street and need temporary assistance to obtain and keep housing.
