Recovery Services Director

Recovery Services Director position available at Liberty Place Recovery
Center for Women in Richmond. Responsible for all clinical aspects of client
progress through the long-term residential recovery program. Familiarity
with women’s issues (parenting, domestic violence, mental health, etc.) is
preferred. At least three years direct experience working in chemical
dependency treatment and/or peer based substance abuse recovery programs is
required. High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree and/or
CADC strongly preferred. College degree and/or professional certification
may substitute for experience. Completion of the twenty eight written
lessons of Recovery Dynamics and/or complete Recovery Dynamics training
preferred. Ability to work with persons in a manner that shows sensitivity
to diversity is required. If in recovery, three years of continuous sobriety
and working an active recovery program is required. Minimum of two years
