Exercise

Exercise is a key factor in staying healthy. Exercise strengthens bones, heart, and lungs; tones muscles; and increases physical reserve and vitality. It also helps you sleep better, helps relieve depression, and prevents constipation.

Food Guide Pyramid
The Food Guide Pyramid tells you which foods and how much of each food you should eat every day.  It is broken down into five groups, plus the fats, oils, and sweets group at the top.  Some groups are bigger than others.  Refer to the picture for an illustrated guide.  Each food group supplies you with many nutrients you need to stay healthy.  Each group contains different foods, so you don’t have to eat the same foods all the time.
